• We ask for a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay to secure your booking, you
can either use our online booking system or make a reservation by phone.
• Upon receipt of your deposit we will send a confirmation email.
• Deposits are refundable subject to our cancellation policy below.
• Check-in is flexible but generally between 16:00 and 21:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
• Where relevant the balance for your stay is payable on arrival or before departure.
• If you have made no prior arrangement with us to arrive outside of our standard check-in times
please be aware we reserve the right to relet your room in the event of a no-show.
• Your deposit will be refunded if you have to cancel 14 days or more before your arrival, should you cancel
within 14 days of your arrival the following charges apply if we are unable to relet your room :-
within 14 days of your arrival = 25% of the reservation value or the first night's stay (whichever is higher)
within 48 hours of your arrival = 50% of the reservation value or the first night's stay (whichever is higher)
within 24 hours of your arrival = 100% of the reservation value or the first night's stay (whichever is higher)
• Should you cut short your stay you will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we relet your room.
• Refunds are made within 7 days and are subject to a £10.00 administration charge.
