All rooms are en-suite. Rates are per room per night and include breakfast.


• Please phone or message us to check availability or make a reservation.

• To secure reservations we ask for a deposit equal to the first night's stay within 24 hours please.

• Upon receipt of your deposit we will send a confirmation message.

• Deposits are refundable subject to our cancellation policy below.

• Check-in is flexible but generally between 16:00 and 21:00. Check-out is by 11:00.

• Where relevant the balance for your stay is payable on arrival or before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit will be refunded if you have to cancel 14 days or more before your arrival, should you cancel less than 14 days of your arrival the following charges apply :-
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first nights stay will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

• Should you cut short your stay whilst with us you will be liable for the full booking amount.

• In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival) the full booking amount is charged.

• If you have made no prior arrangement with us to arrive outside of our standard check-in times we reserve the right to re-let your room in the event of a no-show.

• Refunds are made within 7 days and where a booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival an administration charge equal to 10% of the booking amount is made.
